The house is located in a quiet side street in the center of Linz. Striking places for example the railway station, the shopping street of Linz called Landstraße or the Design Center (permanent trade fairs) are in the immediate vicinity of us and within easy walking distance. The hotel is located near the well-known Donau-Cycleway. For guests' bicycles there is a safe place available. In the opposite of the hotel located garage which is guarded 24 hours a day, there is a special offer available for hotel guests (EURO 10,--).
